Pat has been in the computer industry for
appoximately 20 years. During the last
16 years, he has been in the field,
supporting, installing, troubleshooting, and consulting for hundreds of companies in Tennessee, Mississippi and Arkansas, as well as phone support for
nearly
300 stores in a national chain.
He understands that most people feel helpless at the hands of computer consultants and technicians, who appear to speak “another language” a good deal of the
time.
Pat’s first objective is to help his clients understand the problem, in it’s simplest form, so they will know what to
expect UP FRONT, and, approximately, what the costs will be before money is spent unwisely.
